Compare our services and payment terms with other retailers and large superstores.   With any kitchen, bathroom or bedroom order we only ask for a 10% deposit against the supply of goods (not including fitting).   We also accept credit cards as payment of the 10% deposit so you know your deposit is safe.   The payment balance for the goods is not due until we deliver to your home which is after the fitting work has commenced (not 1 – 2 weeks before we start).

All electrical work is carried out to Part P of the Building Regulations and more recently to the 17th Edition Electrical Regulations which came into force on the 1st July 2008.   A certificate of Compliance for the electrical work is supplied to our customers, this is needed for your household insurance and if you move house (see www.niceic.com and check out the Part P factsheet for details).

Only Gas Safe registered installers are allowed to carry out works with gas and you will be given a Gas Safe certificate so you know your installation is safe.
